For Agents
Some listings need more than one move.
If you have a property that won't respond to the standard playbook, I'm available to co-list or consult. You keep your client relationship. I bring the investor lens and the deal-structuring experience.
When to co-list a problem listing
- No equity, or not enough to close traditionally
- Pre-foreclosure timelines the seller can't outrun
- Inspection issues that keep killing offers
- A seller whose situation standard offers won't solve
- A listing that's been sitting with no clear next move
How the hard-to-sell listing help works
We look at the deal together: the numbers, the seller's constraints, and what a buyer would actually need to make it work. Sometimes that's repositioning. Sometimes it's deal structuring: terms, owner financing, or a sale designed around the timeline. Sometimes it's a straight consult and you run with it.
Agent referrals in Gig Harbor and across Pierce County and the Puget Sound are welcome. Referral and co-list terms are agreed up front, in writing, before anyone touches the file.
